Originally from Caernarfon, Gogledd Cymru I have lived in Cardiff for over 10 years. I’ve had a varied career, to say the least! Having worked in project management, coaching, youth work, community work, marketing and protecting minority languages in Europe. However, it wasn’t until my partner and I’s challenges with infertility that I found reflexology and fell in love with it.
Fast forward to today, and I am now a level 5 clinically trained

I attended
Inspira Academy, Cardiff, the UK's leading provider of reflexology training where I qualified in a in a technique called Duopody. This is an approach to Reflexology where both feet are worked simultaneously, with each organ and body system mapped anatomically onto the feet and worked methodically.
