As you're aware by now, the aim of reflexology is to bring about balance and following treatments you may experience immense feeling of relaxation and well-being.  However, some people report feeling lethargic, nauseous, or even tearful.  Usually transitory, and any reaction you experience following treatment is perfectly normal for you and is part of the healing process.

Your first appointment will be a little longer and will include an initial consultation in order for us to gather a full picture of your health along with a reflexology session.  Subsequent treatments will be one hour.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING:    If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment, we require 24hr notice and you will be given a full refund. If, after that, there are any issue please get in touch to discuss a potential refund. Failure to do so will mean that we're unable to provide any refund.  Thank you so much for your understanding.
